Licensing

The Aria framework is available under both the GPL, the LGPL, and the MPL licenses.

Applicability

The Aria framework may be used by anyone for non-commercial purposes under the terms of either the GPL or LGPL license, subject to the exclusions listed below. It is recommended that you use the LGPL license unless you need to modify the source code of the framework, in which case you the GPL applies

Commercial Licenses

If you cannot use the framework under the MPL or LGPL licenses then please contact Formaria for other licensing options.

Exclusions

Employees, directors, former employees or former directors of Xoetrope Ltd., or entities and organizations owned or controlled by those individuals may not use the Aria framework under the terms of either the GPL or LGPL license without the written permission of Formaria Ltd., regardless of how the software or any components of the Aria framework have been acquired.
